A Vaccine Cool Pack is required when purchasing refrigerated vaccines. This cost covers the foam pack, 1 x frozen brick and the additional postage cost for the extra weight/size of sending the foam pack.
Please be advised that there is a minimum order of 4 when ordering single dose vaccines. You are welcome to order 2 x Parvac single dose vials and 2 x Fel-O-Vax 3 single dose vials etc. or to order 5, 6 or 7 etc. as long as it's 4 or more.
Please be advised that refrigerated vaccines are normally sent only on a Monday or a Tuesday to reduce the chance of it sitting in a post office over a week end getting warm. If you have a preferred postage day to best suit your local delivery please advise and we will endeavour to post your order on a requested day/date. Please be advised that orders completed including payment before approximately 8 am Tuesday are normally sent on Tuesday. Orders completed after this time are normally sent on the following Monday.
