Apply powder by means of a puffer, shaker tin, or other suitable applicator. Dust wound lightly with the powder, introducing it into any cavities beneath the skin. Also dust the wool and skin bordering the strike, particularly areas between skin wrinkles. For control of poll-strike, fly strike after marking, mulesing and dehorning apply liberally to the affected area.
